Basically I took the main hellfrost destructor cannon from a stormfang a put it on an achilles land raider. Then I mounted the twin linked hellfrost cannons on a sponson. (currently waiting on more cannons for the other side.

A little bit of grinding to widen the space where the main cannon goes but other than that it fit in space perfectly

Yes it does work. Very well.

this is a tutorial I made for a rhino door. Exactly the same for the land raider just the rams are a bit longer.

nice idea, well carried out, painted?
two out of three aint bad
would be fun to use in a game, as long as you can find some one who will let you use it

This is very much a work in progress. There is no paint on it yet any colour you see is either paint I havn't been able to strip from recesses, green stuff, liquid green stuff or milliput. The colour came out really bright and makes it look like a painting a weird colour scheme on it

It would be fun to use. I was going to right some rules for it once it was complete. It'll just a merge of achilles LR with the devestator and hellfrost cannon rules.

My anger boils up when hearing silly things like frost cannons for spacewolves and mapes me weep in fear that GW will give the Blood Angels blood cannons to go with their blood fists, and have them ride on giant silly bloodsucking bats...

That being said, the conversion does look awesome and well done. Visually it's a very impressive looking vehicle, even if they are frickin' frost cannons.
