I'm trying to make a good necron force that can stand up to SM, especially. I like to have a mobile and versatile force however, I don't have a fleet of Night Scythes, just 2.

Overlord
Mindshackle Scarabs
Warscythe
2+ armour save

2x5 Warriors

10 Immortals
Dedicated Night Scythe

5 Deathmarks

Doom Scythe

I like this force, but I think something lacks when put up against SM, so any constructive criticism will help me a lot.

Drop the Doom Scythe. Turn those points into an Annihilation Barge and another Night Scythe. Put the Deathmarks in the Night Scythe. Add a Cryptek of Despair to the Deathmarks to unlock a viscious combo.

Shift points around to put the overlord into a Catacomb Command Barge.

Scarabs are a solid unit to put in there too.

I like the 10 immortal squad, and I want to keep my army bound, but I do understand the CCB for the Overlord, and the night scythe, but Deathmarks can deep strike. Why would a put them into a Night Scythe when they can walk straight into the marines anyway?

Walking anything is typically bad. But, overall the list looks pretty solid. I do agree, that in low points, you'd probably want the Doom Scythe to be a Night Scythe instead. In low points games, the Death Ray would either be overkill, or wouldn't have any targets worth the firepower. So, mobility with a second night scythe would be preferred.

I took away the Doom Scythe and added the other Night, and a CCBarge. However, this leaves me at 805pts. How do I readjust this list to fit, or not at all?

If I give the Overlord a SofL again then the points are in the limits, but his Chariot attacks, and his normal attacks, will be quiets weaker. He will have a nice shooting attack though.

Actually I do have a Destroyer Lord which I kinda prefer to the Barge one, so I'm going to use him and change the list slightly.

Another thing, I kinda want to put my ghost ark in this force so that the Warriors are reinforced and protected. It also means that they aren't footslogging across the battlefield. So any advice on what I can replace with a ghost ark? I was thinking to replace the Deathmarks Night Scythe and have them deep strike.
