Given it was originally announced in a Kickstarter update for Tarot of Loka it's probably genuine.

Having run and participated in KS's, yeah, the idea of a game around it doesn't really sound very fun...

I can already picture the Dakka Dakka expansion to this game: Nothing but card after card complaining about a lack of communication, and a few random "DAMAGE CONTROL" cards to play during the main part of the game.

Nope this is hopefully a real game coming to Kickstarter very soon.
