Looks pretty solid - only 'weak' units might be the TAC squads? Even then really not that bad.
You might look at LotD meltapods, which work great with Vulkan as they get all the usual LotD buffs as well as his reroll.
LS with 2x MM or HF is another great Sallies unit worth considering.
Also - all melta no flamer make sally a very sad boy. Maybe some Assault squads with 2x flamers in a DP for a miserly 95 pts?
And locator beacons. These are going o be your new best friends if you put them on your first wave DPs

Here's what I'd try if you have enough marines and drop pods...
HQ
190 Vulkan
125 Librarian, Lvl 2, Term-Armour, SS
Fast Attack
210 - 105 x2 - Assault Squad x5, Flamer x2, Combi-Flamer, Drop Pod
Troops
1025 - (205x5)- 10 man Tactical Squad, Combi-melta, Meltagun, Multi-Melta, Drop Pod
Formation
Skyhammer Talon 125
Skyhammer Talon 125
Storm Raven, Lascannons and Multi-Melta 200
Total 2k
Now here's my logic, if you put two TFC's on the table with nothing else they aren't likely to be sitting there if you go second, they might, but you're literally giving you're opponent no other targets and if they have infiltrators or scouts this will be bad for you. I'd pick them up and use more assault squads for your crowd control. Not only does it give you another drop pod and the choice between flames and melta power but it's going to fit your army better overall. Don't get me wrong i love TFC just not with a mainly alpha strike list. You've invested a lot of points in those flyers and you kitted them exactly as I would have but i'm not sure i'd have taken that much in air support. Try them out and see how it goes, but I tend to bring as many tacticals and Assault squads as possible to simply overwhelm my opponent with low cost super flexible targets that work well with the rest of my army. I bring no less than 9 drop pods at 2k pts. 6 Tacticals and 3 Assault squads. Also, with salamanders remember that sternguard are only worth it if you're buying them for the special ammo. They're very expensive compared to a tactical squad and that combi-melta only gets one shot. Compare that to a 105 point tactical squad that gets a melta, multi-melta, and a combi-melta, and you begin to see my point. They have the same toughness, same ballistic skill, and they both get to reroll to hit, but one is significantly cheaper, and you can take them en masse. Do this! I'd much rather have 70 marines on the table than 40. They're flexible and it may seem boring, but if you're trying to be competitive bringing as many marines in metal boxes whether that be rhinos or drop pods is how to play competitive in 7th. And you're still going to get stomped by some stuff, it happens. Every list has a weakness. If you see an Avatar of Khaine start chucking krak grenades at him with EVERYONE! He's the hard counter to a sally list lol.

Cheers guys. I used to run alot more Flamer than just the Sternguard but it seems locally it's more and more superheavy/knight focused and the flamers weren't really helping that much.
Yeah I think I have to drop the cannons. They were a pain to build so I'm reluctant to drop them but they don't really do much except die sadly.
I have 7 pods at the moment. As far as what else is available right now I have another tac squad, grav/missile centurions, land raider, 2 predators, multi melta dread, dual autocannon dread, ironclad dread, two dreads with missile/Lascannon and a forge master.
So I can't really go with big Tactical spam at the moment.
I tried the flyers in a game against two errants, tigerius 2x 5 scouts in storms and guard with a command squad, blob squad some heavy weapons and two manticores. My rolls were awful though and I should have killed one of the Knights early on but totally fluffed it and then just struggled the rest of the game. He was massively quicker than me and went after the objectives better than I could. Ended up calling it in turn 4 with me practically tabled.
