I made a tutorial on how to paint Trollblood skin using the Privateer Press method. As you may know, painting organic miniatures can be troublesome especially when you are trying to blend colors in muscles lines. GW has great methods on how to paint armor but it can not be really applied to organize stuff.

In this tutorial, I will show how to achieve troll skin with Privateer Press's style of blending with thin washes.

For the finish product, you can watch from Storm Troll video below for a better view of the effects talked in the videos above.

That's not actually how Privateer paints. They use two-brush blending for pretty much all their highlights. Still not a bad tutorial, just inaccurately named.

I see. I misunderstood their technique then. I was aiming to make it easier to apply as two brush blending is kinda tricky and very time consuming. From my understanding, Privateer Press's studio painters use 2 washes to shade their projects and blend them out to create a fading effect with a damp brush to create their blends.

While their highlights are also down in a similar fashion, using thin paints and the fade away. If many people feel the title is inaccurate, I will definitely change it though.

Thanks for the feedback as well.
