Necrons will be released between the 3rd week of January and 2nd week of February of 2015.

The will get a codex for 7th with supplement rumoured to be red harvest but could see sautekh or canoptek. No units lost but obvious ones upped in price.
Along side this is the destroyer kit with heavy and lord options (3 destroyers 30-40£) supposed buff for destroyers with red harvest supplement rumoured heavily either supplement itself or just formations.
Nothing will be dropped but stuff will be moved around.
Like DE there will be no characters moved to LOW. (Better be more specific for those who dont read properly)

Why no LOW when Necrons, unlike DE, actually have a LOW option. Three, actually, I believe - Open Megalith, Closed Megalith, Burning Man.

I am completely fine with a 60% accuracy and I appreciate the info! Like I pointed out in the Tyranid Rumor thread, I think those who are kindly enough to post rumors are fighting a accuracy battle with GW. A lot of people got false rumors ratings earlier thing year because their information didn't pan out like it was supposed too (like the new Neurothrope kit, tyrannocyte kit, etc.) but eventually came true. The same happened with the Summer of Fliers.

GW has been releasing models but handing out false dates to confuse people who give use rumors. I bet that whoever provides us this information only glimpses part of what is going to come out which may or may not be released when their source says it will.

People really need to get off the backs of those providing us with at least somewhat accurate rumors.

As for some of your rumors that didn't pan exactly out, I would check up on them and PM Petre. I know he changed a few of those all tyranid rumors on the rumor tracker to at least partially true.

GW is really changing up on how they do things. I am sure you are on there somewhere. I don't know which rumors you listed proved to be true in the long run but its worth checking. I just really hate it when GW's tactics make those who provide rumors look foolish.

Look at Larry and Hastings....those were the main guys for rumors a few years ago and GW has made them look bad with inaccurate information. I admit sometimes people throw stuff to the wall and hope it sticks, but for those who are partially true some of the time (vague rumors aside) should be given the benefit of the doubt that perhaps GW is getting good at culling leaks. In that process, some inaccurate information is bound to get posted. When it does I don't think people should be treated like flat out liars.

GK style codex release - nothing new just rebalance etc.. - Check !
Red Harvest Supplement - Check ! I speculated that myself in the thread, it's a no brainer if GW does a supplement for Necrons
No LOW - Unlike DE, Necrons have LOW choices so this would be odd to say the least

I can post up a release schedule that has no actual time frame or months, just an order of how things will get released. That's not information that should be given the benefit of the doubt about "GW culling leaks". That's information that should be looked at very skeptically.

In that process, some inaccurate information is bound to get posted. When it does I don't think people should be treated like flat out liars.

The issue is that in the case of Necronspurs, the eight "trues" that he has could easily have been guessing that turned out right and are outweighed by the 14 "falses". There are also 5 "pendings", of which three are again easily construed as guessing that panned out.

I dont intend to steal or pass off rumours as my own. My source just gave me this wether they are gathering existing rumours or not im not sure.

I just wanted to point out that all of those particular rumors are at least a month old and already posted on DakkaDakka. If the other thread was still active I would have alerted the mods.

Lords of Wargaming have rumored a new Necron Lord model for release this year. It seemed unlikely at first but maybe it is some kind of current-type battle force containing 'old' models plus a new limited HQ

I meant Larry not Harry. Harry hasn't been really active in the last year. Larry however was very accurate years ago like I said and now is getting a lot of false information (for the reasons I have stated).

It was still staggered releases somewhat before. You would still artwork and rules in the main codex, and then get a second wave of the missing models later on in the year. If it were not for the chapterhouse case, we would have seen artwork for the Tyrannocyte and nuerothrope in the main codex.

GW sales reps used to know a lot more and liked to show off to shop owners. The new GW sales reps are recruited for sales experience and don't have to know anything about the game or hobby, and know less about up coming releases than we do.

I wouldn't say easily guessed. He was pretty accurate on what armies were going to be released. I don't believe that was luck at all, especially since we have been blindsided by many of the releases. I would even say his Blood Angels release rumor for 2014 should be considered True. Obviously they are the next codex with all the information we have gotten lately. It may be a January Codex, but that isn't enough to say the rumor is outright False.

We weren't "blindsided" by many of the releases, except for the timeframe and the simple fact that many of the playerbase for whatever reason decided that because X had not been updated yet, it meant that GW had stopped supporting it entirely.

I could have posted up "rumors" that Wood Elves were going to get a plastic Treeman kit and plastic Eternal Guard and been spot on.

I didn't expect the Grey Knights and Dark Eldar this soon.

Anyways I guess I should have stated the order that they were being released in. He got that pretty accurate. True we all knew those armies needed a release, but the order in which they were predicted was pretty accurate.

But that could be down to luck.

I dont agree with this 'rumour tracker' as i didnt get 14 wrong. Some of them were in fact true and the writer literally put false on the end of a sentence from an actual rumour
