I recently pick this up as part of a terrain lot, and I can remember seeing one at a GW store in the mall back in the day when those still existed but I was wondering if anyone knows more about it and what its proper name is.
Has a nice felt bottom with gw stuff printed on the bottom as well.

The "Robed Guy holding a sword" is actually a fairly common motiff in the Imperium. One of the Cities of Death kits is plastered in them.
