Spartan Death Star looks lethal, but is a huuuuge points sink (to be expected with a death star tbf), but I like the Tactical Squads, however what is the Assault Squad there for? 5 men who will be easily shot up and I doubt will do anything, your tacticals will clear and hold objectives, 5 assault marines aren't at all a threat compared to 13 FNP Death Company assaulting out of an impossibly fortified tank (which, don't get me wrong, I love), I just can't see the point in them.

Personally I would shave some points of that Death Company Squad by reducing the squad to 10, and exchange the Devastators for a Stormraven. Then take the Assault Squad out and you can afford another Death Company Dreadnought with Blood Talons, carried in the Stormraven.
2000 on the nose by my calculations, just my two cents.

Where is the priest going? If he isnt going with the DC, I'd suggest switching the Spartan (awesome as the model is) for a Caestus, then using the leftover points to change the Devs to a Stormraven. Then you can trim down the DC to 10 to fit in the Caestus, and switch the Sang Priest to a ML2 Libby, which would be more useful since your centerpiece doesnt really need the buffs the priest gives. Putting the Libby w/ a JP in the Assault squad allows him to be mobile, while still having meat shields.

Rule #1 is Look Cool.
Rule #2 is Do Cool S*%* Even If It's Tactically Inadvisable
Winning is something like Rule #17.
