I am torn, I have a tourny tomorrow and I cant decide which list to run
here are my choices

List 1 - 3rd Canadian CT Infantry

Command platoon

Full Rifle Platoon x 3
Heavy Mortar Platoon
MMG Platoon w carriers
Armoured Platoon 3 Sherman 1 FF x 2
Full Artillery 25lbs ( :-) )
Limited Air Support

Pros - lotsa bodies with great support, confident in play style
Cons - lack of anti armour, lack of anti air, only CT

List 2 - Independent Armoured Company CT

Command Platoon 2x Sherman

Armoured Platoon 2 x Sherman 1 x FF x3
Armoured Platoon 3x Sherman x2

Full Rifle Platoon
Full Artillery 25 lbs
Limited Air Support

Pros - Mobility, fire support,
Cons - Not as confident in play style, lack of anti air, fewer bodies for objectives

List 3 - Market Garden Rifles 3rd Canadian CV

Command Platoon

Full Rifle w Ram Kangaroo x2
Rifle Platoon

Heavy Mortar Platoon
MMG Platoon w carriers
Armoured Platoon w 2x Sherman 2x FF
Full Artillery Platoon 25 lbs
Limited Air Support

Pros - Very mobile, great support, very confident in play style
Cons - lack of anti armour, lack of anti air, it is what i always play

So what do you think dakka? I need some anti air I know, I am in the process of getting some SP Bofors

Why do you need anti air when you have your own air? Lost two or three I think

Went with the Armoured Company.....did not have a good day
Got cheesed out of a win game one when my opponent, who went first, decided to start another turn with 6 minutes left....needless to say he managed to stop me from winning and ensured that i would not have another turn
Second game I basically gave up after deployment....a Peiper list with first turn and spearhead....delayed reserves meant he killed everything he needed turn one and I nearly punched him in the face...complete power gaming asshat
Had a fun game 3 and managed a win but first two games really made the day a waste of fuking time
And yes I am still upset

In hindsight the CV infantry list would have been a better choice due to the list that showed up but that is why its hindsight

If I'm reading your notation right, were you fielding 3 tanks per platoon?

Oh and sorry for yesterdays impotent internet rage...needed to get that off my chest and in somewhat anonymous fashion on the interwebs seemed the easiest method
