Ill be playing my friends High Elves tomorrow and here's what Ive come up with. I have about ten points to play with let me know what you all think.

Only real change I can suggest is to use a grudge thrower instead of a bolt thrower. Bolt throwers are kind of not great (I say this as a person who used to run 4 of them every game)

The Grudge Thrower will probably be more effective, unfortunately I own 2 bolt throwers and no GTs lol. I dont think they will mind if I proxy. Thanks for the advice!
