So PP is going to put out rules this coming season to turn your solos into hereos with a list of upgrades and such. this year's league is called Path Of Devastation. The first 4 week season, Riven Bonds is starting in March.
I'm not sure how exactly it works, but depending on how your solo acts in a game and earns XP, it can get faction specific upgrades.

*Mercenary Hero models can work for any Mercenary contract, and Minion Hero models can work for any Minion pact.

Me, I'm going to kit-bash something cool for my Steel Soul Protector once I see the rules. I think this is an awesome narrative tool to bring some of that awesome Iron Kingdom fluff into the game.
