List 1 - CAD + Seer Council:
List 2 - Wraith Host + Seer Council
I only ever play my cousin and he plays AM and we both play different lists every game usually. Though we collect what we want we are still quite competitive with what we have.
List 2 is more competitive than list 1. In list 2 the Seer Council would aim to get Eldritch storm on either Eldrad or the Farseer and then just make back there points getting an apocalypse blast down every turn. Even if they do get the storm then I would probably be putting them in the Wave Serpent and getting them as close to the enemy as possible, with singing spears they should easily be able to take out any armoured threat, its main problem being big blobs of infantry, though he tends not to use these. For list 1 the Farseer, Eldrad and the conclave could roll on sanctic and hope for gate of infinity as there are no transports for them to steal, also Hammerhand and Sanctuary being two others to hope for and the other 3 powers would come in handy.
Weakness you see in the lists as they are? Or ways you would use them as they are?
Edit:
List 3 - CAD + Aspect Host

Your eldar. Your codex was made with 0 weaknesses. You could take nothing, slap down your eldar codex, and win the game.

Well both lists have a 700 point unit that is too slow to really achieve anything. A Seer Council needs jet bikes to work. So I would swap that. To be honest neither list has a prayer in a competitive setting due to a lack of mobility.
EMLs are overcosted and worthless on anything except a DR Exarch. Wraithblades are still just worthless. Wraithknight benefits hugely from scatter lasers (at least 1 so they can charge something other than the thing they've just killed with the cannons).
You need mobility and firepower to win games both lists are lacking in both.

This is what is funny about all the Internet chat that's going on at the moment. Honestly. Both lists are not great and are easily dealt with by most top tier armies. The SeerCouncil in that second list is so sub optimal it is a massive waste of points.
Both armies lack mobility - which is Eldar's greatest strength.

Let him make stupid comments it gave me a laugh
I added a 3rd list which is more mobile, with DA's +Farseer and FD in the deepstriking Falcons, but none are meant to be super competitive more playing with fun units and the models I have.
