In 5 weeks I'm going into a tournament and you need a 600 pts force that's fully painted and can win a few games. Problem is I'm on a very small budget so the chance of a dunecrawler is slim, but who knows? Anyway, this is my force, feedback would be super!!

Troops; 5 Rangers: 2 trans Arquebuses, Omniscope, Divinator.
10 Rangers: 3 Arc Rifles, Omniscope ( to negate jink)
10 Vanguard: 3 Plasma Calivers, Enhanced Data-Tether, Conversion field (Warlord)

Fast Attack: 2x1 Dragoons: Tazer Lance (Outflanking decoys)

What tournament is this? Would it happen to be schools league?

This is the list I made for 600 points, feel like it's as efficient as you can get with Skitarii at this point:

10 Vanguard, Plasma Calivers, Omniscope 200
5 Vanguard, Arc Rifles, Omniscope 95
5 Vanguard, Arc Rifles, Omniscope 95
1 Dragoon 45
1 Ballistarius 55
1 Ballistarius 55
1 Ballistarius 55

Comes to 600 on the nose.

That's good then! Is that list for schools league? If it is it has to be CAD, which you can't do for Skitarii

Nah, it's a local GW lineup of matches which has a great prize of getting your army stored in the cabinet in the window so everyone that walks by can see. I hope I can do good enough painting and fighting, I really want my models on display.

Yeah that'd be good! If it's a very competitive expect so see things like triple soul grinder lists, and imperial knights or Wraith knights list, if not, the listed I posted will do a great job!

Problem is I only have 2 of each weapon, so I have to change it so I gave two plasma, arc and arquebuses in the army.

That's fair enough, Calivers are best on the warlords unit because of re-roll 1's due to prefered enemy, and the arc rifles are good AT from the back of the bored really, you could look to optimise your list in the future

5 Vanguard: 2 Arc rifles, Omniscope, reactor field, Arc Pistol, Divinator.
10 Vanguard: 2 Plasma Calivers, Conversion field (Warlord), Pater Radium.

Fast Attack: Dragoon: Tazer lance,

Heavy Support: 2x1 Ballistarii: Autocannon

Looks good to me! Personally I prefer Vanguard, and there are some unnecessary upgrades, but if that's what you like then so be it! Good luck for the tourney man!

Are the relics unnecessary? Should I use their points somewhere else?

I feel like the reactor fields, coversion fields and pater radium are unnecessary really, when you could be buying another plasma caliver really.

Ok then, the only problem now is that I can only obtain 2 Plasma Calivers as in on the actual models, I don't how how to make a third one.

I would switch the Plasma Alpha to a Phosphoenix. It matches the squad it causes 3 hits at AP2 and since they are close range will help on the charge. With an Omniscope they will be at a minus 2 to thier cover when your Plasma blasts the crap out of them. Maybe a Power Weapon, it will make your Warlord more of a threat.

If you have the points you might think about swapping all to Conversion Fields. 4++ is more reliable. Or drop them for other toys.

The Divinator doesn't sound useful in the least.
