I have a somewhat strange question to ask based on an idea I have had recently for a conversion. Does the old metal warwalker model have longer or shorter legs than the current one, and how long are the legs of those models in mm? I am not interested in how tall the whole model is just the length of the legs. If someone could post the lengths of the legs or some images of old vs. current models side by side it would be cool. Also are the legs of the second edition era metal model the same as the third edition one? In photos they seem to be the same aside from the update made to the guardian and his seat.

The only major difference between original and 2nd version was pilot and weapons (eldar weapons got a redesign - going to the triangular barrel cluster of the scatter laser). The legs are identical to the originals. The original pilot was suspended in an exo-harness (his legs moving caused the walker legs to move, I'd assume). 2nd ed version went to the seated pilot.

These two are on the same height bases (flat 60mm).

Hips appear to be at the same height. Pilot appears to sit higher, but it's also at a shallower angle and tilted back more.

I'm OVER 50 (and so far over everyone's BS, too).
Old enough to know better, young enough to not give a ****.

That is not dead which can eternal lie ...

... and yet, with strange aeons, even death may die.
