I have been playing Daemonkin exclusively since it's release and have found a list that has been working wonders for me, I just need some opinions on the last bit of points.

I have just enough points left for one of these 2 options, adding a third Cultist squad and Flamers to the bikes, or a 3rd bike squad. What do you guys think?

2x melta for the bikes will do wonders

Adding bikers would be more versatile than cultists i think. especially with meltas.
they're faster, hit pretty hard, and you can more reliably off their champion for a prince/thirster.

have you considered breaking off maybe 5 hounds into a separate unit? they could even roll in front of the "parent unit" and if they get shot to bits you get a tithe point. if not, you can use them to eat overwatch or claim a stray objective or something.
