I often find that pSorscha struggles against Butcher.
When I was in the Journeyman League last year. I came across a player who used Sorscha. As a long time Khador player, and falling out with Sorscha a few years ago, I brought along my p Butcher.
At this time, he had won every game he had come across. Mostly using Sorscha's 19 inch assassination run. The standard use windrush then charge with feat.
Turn two rolls up, and I guess that Sorscha is about 15 inches away. he's in a good position to go for his assassination. Playing the fool, I move Butcher ahead of the army and put Iron Flesh on him. Leaving him on a cosy 22arm.
He Takes the bait and engages Butcher. Popping his feat he swings over and over again, but fails to crack butchers armour, dealing only a few damage points.
On my turn I activate Butcher and pop his feat. I say "I'll boost to hit, I need a 9. He replies "But she is
DEF 18 at the moment." And then I say the words every Butcher player loves. "I know, Butcher is
MAT 9.
His face drops, and I roll 5d6 +2 damage and kill her in one hit.
I've done that to two seperate Sorscha players that tournament.
TLR, Sorscha can't crack butchers armour.
