I got the PPDigital app some years ago and tried to use it for some old issues of NQ. I thought it was cool but didn't really use it too much...

So today I'm browsing PP's official site (I'm thinking of bringing PP's games back as my main game), and I decided to check out stuff related to PP Digital. I was happily surprised to see that you could get digital editions of their game books. I'm not sure if that's been the case for a while or what but I'm glad I saw it now.

So what are your experiences, if any, with these electronic editions available via the PP Digital App? Have you heard of anyone using them in organized play/events/tournies? I would think they'd just use the War Room app right? Or I guess the electronic editions are more just a personal collections type thing if you don't want the physical books?

It's handy for forces of war: cephalyx, which isn't in print...

Also great for getting the old mk1 material. Metamorphis and evolution are epic.

Oh wicked awesome... hadn't realized the MK1 books were on digital... I'll have to invest in those... I used to have all the Mk1 books except Warmachine Legends and never did get around to reading all the fluff in them.

The hordes books are the best ones in mk2 in terms of fluff (the, legion trying to eat pyromalfic etc) but there are some great nuggets throughout the warmachine ones too.

That said, the single greatest line of fluff was from colossals. 'Orsus zoktavir thought the world had gone mad'.
