Working on a 2k list for a 2-day tournament coming up and having trouble finishing off my list with cult mechanicus being so new i could really use some advice on them.

I take it you own all these models your suggesting? Cause adding skitarri and going with a war convocation would be pretty good too.

Otherwise I like keeping it pure, add the knight and kataphrons.

Necrons that don't have enough for a decurion probably not great allies. They are much more durable when in decurion.

You can't take the autocadueceus on a data-smith, it has to go on a tech Dominus
You could run the cohort cybernetica but then you would need anothe HQ.
Marines would add more than the necrons, but not in that setup. More dakka is what you need.
If this is all you have to work with, I'd stick to more mechanicus and the knight

Yes these are all models i own and i really do not want to get any skitarii forces.
