So the time has come to sell my beloved ork army but I have no idea how much to sell it for. It's all painted to a higher than "table" level. Pictures to follow but here's a list l. Please advise on what you would want to pay or sell for

90 boyz slugga and shoota
5 mega nobs
18 lootas
5 tank busters
2 dakka jets
1 truck
ghaz
wierd boy
shock gun
15 nobz

Thanks for your help!

1. Go to games workshop
2. Click add to cart for everything up to the number of what you have
3. Look at the total retail
4. Find out what 25%-30% of that retail is
5. That is what it will sell for

You MIGHT get a little more (3-5%) for the paint but doubtful.

Edit:

Did some math.
At 25% you'll get $198.37
30% is $238.05

So it's worth somewhere in there

And, more likely, unless you're a commission painter doing golden demon level work you'll lose value because the models are painted.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I would also like to point out that you will probably be better off breaking the army up into units rather than selling as a whole.

I haven't seen your paint job but unless it is considerably above average 30% less than GW is being very optimistic. Normally built and painted to table top standard sells for ~50-60% of GW prices. Most collectors would prefer their own paint job and new models sell from discounters for 25-30% off GW prices.

If your paint job is cohesive, has a theme, and is well above average then you can probably sell the entire army as a lot for GW prices. Golden throne usually sells for 2-4x the new model price on ebay depending on the army popularity. Unfortunately you don't have a good army list or a particularly large army so you really can't expect a lot from buyers who want to purchase and put it on the table. The one thing you have going for you is that Orks look okay mix and matched and most Ork players are always looking for more boyz and are sick of painting them.

Who priced his models for 30% off retail? Read my sentence again. I priced at 30% OF retail. Which is what he will get. 50-60% is optimistic.

My bad. Though I have never had to sell for less than 40% retail.
