Personally, I really like AAwargames. They upload large amounts of minis ever 3-5 days, so there is always something to find.

Who do you guys use? why?

In terms of stores, I've mainly bought from Gamenerdz and Discount_Games_Store on ebay, and with good results. Fast shipping, cheap prices. Discount games has "free" shipping, which means you are sometimes paying a bit more if you buy a lot of items as compared to paying true shipping on a large multi item order from another store. Still, if you want 1-2 items quickly, they are great.

Online I tend to use Discount Games Inc, Miniature Market and The Warstore. Again, for the same reasons. Bear in mind I'm in the US though. Not sure how good their Canadian shipping is.

To answer both questions: the cheapest ones.

I haven't ebayed in forever. When I was building my BT army, I bought all kinds of crap.

For one-off bits, I used window-box and bits-world. There was another, but I can't recall off-hand. I would usually buy what I needed from one place to combine shipping, but I'd show around and see which had the better deal.

The ones that has want I desire to purchase, and also that they have products that are of very good quality

i've never heard of them, why do you dislike them so much?

I normally use Ebay to pick up cheap models (like space marines, gosh are those guys cheap on eBay!) or some extra bits, because you can never have enough missile pods.

Chinese / Russian ones.

I have NEVER had an issue with HOB. Everything I have bought is exactly as stated for the price posted. I PREFER hob for that reason

well when they do mess up, they really become donkey-caves and really don't give a rats ass about what happened after the payment. Bought from them once, and I will never do it again. Rude and very sketchy.

I ordered form HoB many times and only got the wrong bit once. Rather than leave a scathing feedback, I sent them an email and they quickly sent a replacement bit.

The horror story I read about them about a year or two ago was someone giving them poor feedback after getting the wrong bit and then HoB Rage-Blocked them from ever buying again. Or so the poster said.

There was an older thread on HOB, my situation was that I'd ordered quite a bit of stuff over a 2-3 year period but one package went missing it wasn't a huge deal as it was a $18 purchase. (I'd spent probably $700-800 with previous orders) The tracking number had indicated it'd been sent but disappeared in route somewhere. I sent them a polite email asking if maybe it had been returned as I hadn't received it after almost a month (their normal delivery time was about a week) They never even bothered to reply and blocked me from bidding on any future items.

I tried contacting them two more times and neither email was replied to so I eventually filed a paypal dispute. I rarely have had issues with buying on ebay and when it does pop up I try and work it out with the seller, but this instance was probably the first time in years that I left a negative feedback for somebody. They apparently work fine until there's a hang up, once it hits a snag expect to be on their banned list for even trying to communicate with them.

Now I tend to buy bits from widowbox and blackdagger games

Yeah these guys are pretty shady once something goes wrong. I know that if something goes to send a msg(mainly so paypal knows you made contact) the file a disput. These guys are the worst for customer service. I try avoiding them if possible.

Megabyteone sells the poorly painted goods at modest prices. Fast and reliable. Not much of a discount on new stuff though.

I have had great success with my purchases from the seller r3warstore on eBay. Great feedback record and they list armies weekly. Usually pretty good price also.

I've had positive experiences with traderofdoom (very amenable to working out a bulk purchase), lilnami (reasonable price on used minis), zap_bang_comics, and petestoys1.

I've had negative experiences with jimboskerus and instant*gratification (the latter deliberately mislabeled their sale).

I finally won something off of Perils of the Warp a week ago. And it got delivered in record time. it says 7-13 business days but I received it in exactly 7 (which with business days it should take 9.)

Since its a gift for a friend I just have to strip off a bit of the paint and its good to go. but 10/10, I see why Perilsofthewarp has no negative feedback

Blackdagger Games has literally any bitz I have ever needed. I highly reccomend them.
