I don't know if I built a good list or if it is just trash in the can but I stuck with the rule of cool for most of my selections.

30 Pink Horrors in squads of 10 - 2 with blasted standards and horns
20 plaguebearers for home objective campers or a walking meat shield. Depends on the situation

I have 3 flamers and an exalted flamer I can summon with more units planned down the road (mainly Khorne troops and Slannesh cavalry).

Thoughts on this list? I've never dabbled with psykers really before beyond my dual primaris psykers for my old guard army. So I went nuts with this list.

Personally, I wouldn't waste the points for the instruments on the horrors. I like to have them on the board for as many turns as possible due to each unit giving you +1 warp charge.
You probably want an exalted reward. Need that grimoire.

Drop the upgrades on the pink horrors and make them squads of 11.
