Is Puppetswars.eu a trustworthy company ?

I ask this because I ordered 3 items from the Puppetwars.eu website and haven’t received any of my products yet.

I placed/paid my order on monday, august 3 - 2015.

Till now, I received only one email from Puppetswars.eu, also on august 3; my Order confirmation and that my payment has been accepted.

On the Puppetswars.eu website is written (under Information > Delivery) that Puppets War will assemble the package within 12 working days after receipt of payment.

However Its now Saturday 22 august, 19 days have past, so the stated 12 working days have been exceeded…

I have tried to contact them a couple of times but they don’t reply at all.

I know they are based in Poland, but I also have ordered from Kromlech Bits of war (also a company based in Poland) on monday 17 august and already received my package (yesterday on friday 21 august…
So within 5 days!).

Are there amongst you people who also have the same experience with Puppetswars.eu and next to that: did you receive your order?

And also; why don’t they answer their emails? This is not the kind of customer service giving me a good feelings..

So to be very honest; I got a bit worried now thinking: have I done the right thing to order from Puppetswars.eu ?

Not quite the same, but I was sent some prizes from them last month and they did take a little over two weeks from me giving them the details to them sending them. I wouldn't despair yet, as everything did arrive soon after.

They post a fair bit on here in their News thread, so you could post/PM them.

Are they trustworthy? Probably.

Are they not the best, most prompt communicators in the world, and do they sometimes need repeated poking to get things done? Yep.

It sounds like they mean handling may take up to 12 days in which case it's probaby still in the mail somewhere.

To be honest they are a bit slow of the ground with deliveries most of mine have taken between 3 to 5 weeks to arrive, also there response to emails is hit and miss at best however they have always delivered in the end.

How long ago did you email them ?

I would give 4 weeks for delivery if you have not got any thing by then I would contact them with as much info as possible, if you don't get a reply bombard them with several copies of the same email then they have to answer you.

But I have always received my orders so, trustworthy yes service is slow and communication lacking.

Maybe try PM there guy on there thread through here might be worth a try.

Pretty much as Azreal13 says,

I'll add that I don't remember getting any tracking for my most recent orders so your stuff could well be in transit

Thank you kindly for all the answers; To hear that you all got your delivery in the end gives me -some- peace of mind

I emailed them twice. First mail was - as I can remember - a week ago, the second mail I send yesterday 21 august (in the early morning).

My order status at Puppetswars.eu is still saying; payment accepted but nothing more. Is it possible that my package could be well in transit ?

Well, I will give them the benefit of doubt and will wait and see what happen... Will let you know how it goes!

Thanks again for all your replies - much appreciated! - cheers, Rob

I've ordered from them once. As well as yours, my order status was "payment accepted" for a while, I don't know for how long, perhaps two weeks or so, maybe three. Then it was updated to done and sent. Arrived pretty quickly after that.

I had placed the order during one of their sales (10% discount iirc) so it was expected and understandable for it to be a bit slow, as I guess they had a lot of work to do.

Don't worry too much about it - it will eventually arrive.

Progress is like a herd of pigs: everybody is interested in the produced benefits, but nobody wants to deal with all the resulting gak.

GW customers deserve every bit of outrageous princing they get.

I have not had any issues with them, they are just slooooooow. It took almost a month for me to get my last order.
Knowing that now, I just plan on it coming at some time...

I've ordered from them several times, sometimes their communication isnt the greatest but so far they have been reliable.

One time I had to result to writing on their facebook page to get an order canceled, as their contact form is broken ( I even mentioned this, its still broken lol. )

I'd rate them not as good as Warstore, and not as bad as Zuzzy.
