This is my first Space Marines list. I just started Marines so i don't have quite all the fun stuff yet but here's what i've got to work with so far.
Any and all advice is welcome so lemme know what you think
1500pt Ultramarines
Captain 135pts
-Relic Blade, Bolter, Artificer Armour
Command Squad #5 200pts
-Apothecary, 4 Plasma Guns w/Drop Pod
Dreadnought 115pts
-Twin-Linked Lascannon
Terminators #10 395pts (Combat Squading)
-1 Assault Cannon, 1 Cyclone Missile Launcher
Tactical Squad #10 205pts
-Meltagun, Combi-Melta, Teleport Homer w/Rhino
Tactical Squad #10 200pts
-Gravgun, Combi-Grav, Teleport Homer w/Rhino
Land Raider 250pts
1500 TOTAL
The only other models i have are 5 Scouts with Snipers

I'd consider dropping the command squad and getting another tac squad or maybe some assault marines.

How do you plan to deploy your Terminators? Looks like you want to deepstrike them with the two teleport homer If so, change the (I supoosed to be "God hammer") Land Raider to a Tri-las Predator. It is better at Tank hunting job than Land Raider. Also, give at least one chainfist to the Terminators. You will feel good the time you run into a Monolith, Land Raider, IK, Baneblade, Lord of Skull, Ironclad Dreadnought.

It’s certainly a workable list. Good start.
The captain is not bad for a bare bones one, don’t expect miracles from him, like taking down tooled up HQs/MCs. But he should burn through troops.
Command squad should work.
Dread is providing some needed AV fire.
Terminators is where I see the first issue. They are just OK, and you are taking a lot of them. You’ve got both a LR and homers in your list, so you can drive half, and DS the other half. For that, you really want two squads, on shooty, one CC. Another option would be to put 5 basic guys in the box, and have the shooty ones walk/DS. But for that, you’d want their weapons to match. Do you have any chainfists? Honestly, I’d drop half the squad to include your scouts.
Tacs are fine, but I’d like to see the heavy in there, even if they are falling out of fashion.
LRs are expensive, and there are things that will pop them open casually. But in a world where a lot of people rely on massed mid-S spam to HP tanks out, an AV14 box can be a shock. And while you might overpay for the guns compared to other platforms, they still blow things up.

I've been considering getting Assault Terminators to go in the Land Raider. Would you prefer thunder hammer and storm shields or lightning claws?

I like a mix. Personally I run 3xTH/ SS, 2xLCs. Partially because I’m a WYSWYG guy, and that’s what I own, but sometimes getting hits in at initiative can be very nice. And shred helps mitigate some of those ones that come up at the worst possible time. You are not always going to be hunting giant MCs or 2+ super-elite units. Lightning claws are great for mulching anything MEQ or worse.
Another option instead of assault terminators would be a squad of honor guard.

Change Captain for Captain Sicarius, he costs 160 and gets FnP, which could leave you to drop Command Squad and get Assault Mahreens (For the better, believe me)
