I'm looking for some advice on Menoth. I am also a Cygnar and Skorne player, heavy shooty and me lee respectively. I recently decided to try out Menoth as the fanatical fire crazed crusaders spoke to me. My first caster was Reznik1 and I've enjoyed playing him enough but he's also quite difficult and I needed a caster more well rounded to learn Menoth with. I chose to pick up Kreoss2 as I love the look of bastions/exemplar. My problem though is that after several games of Kreoss2 I really have not had any fun as I find it to be just boring. I think this may be in part to my current army composition although it could just be Menoth itself that I don't really enjoy. What I'm looking to here from any experienced players is if I add and change up enough of my composition, will the play style change drastically?

Here's a list of what I currently have and play with.
Reznik1
Kreoss2
Bastions
Errands
Knights exemplar
Choir
Vanquisher
Reckoner

I love the concept of setting everything on fire, and obviously that is not the route I went with the models I chose. I am considering adding the following to my Menoth collection hopefully to change it up enough that I will enjoy it.

Feora2
Flameguard Cleansers + UA
Covenant
Errant UA
Vassal of Menoth
Wracks

The exact list I'm looking to build for 50p
Feora2
Full bastions
Full errants + UA
Full flame guard + UA
Full choir
Covenant
Vassal
Vanquisher
Reckoner
Repenter
1 wrack

Any advice from experienced Menoth players is welcome as I'm really puzzled with what I will be doing. I have about $250 budgeted towards war machine right now and I am also considering a 50p Retribution army as well.

Your list for eFeoria looks good. You might want to add Rhupert the piper to that list. Run min choir and lose the wracks and that would free up 2 pts for Rhupert. He can give your units tough so he is very worth the 2 pts.

You don't have a good jack for Feora to bond with. The real strength of her bond is the Continuous Fire. So you really want either a Redeemer or a Judicator. Something which can toss out more ranged fire application.

Reckoners are always nice, but Feora doesn't really do much with them. She wants Vanquishers and bonded Judicator/Redeemer to light everything on fire.

This is my current eFeora list without a Judicator(since you probably don't have the budget for that yet)

eFeora
-Vanquisher
-Vanquisher
-Redeemer(bonded)
-Hand of Judgement(not released yet, but I have a conversion. He's rumored for Christmas release)

2 Vassals
Wracks
Nicea
min Choir
max TFG with UA
max Zealots with UA

Your list has Bastions, Errants, and a Repenter. Which don't really synergize with eFeora.

As for your shopping list, get 2 vassals, a Redeemer, and a Templar. Maybe a 2nd Vanquisher too if you can. If you get the Covenant, also get Rupert too. They go together. Also, forget that Cleansers even exist. Don't consider them till you have the basics. They're incredibly niche and not very good in general. Plus their UA actually makes them worse.

Buy some support and you can run a pretty good Kreoss2 list, look into the Covenant and the Piper at least, great support for your weapon master infantry. That way when you start playing two list format you can pair something with Feora2. She likes jacks and shooting, kreoss2 likes infantry and beating face.

As far as feora2 goes grey templar nailed it. Set everything on fire then feat and laugh.

If you're going to go down the shooty route btw look into Severius1. With Eye of Menoth and Choir your vanquishers are throwing around POW 17 shots, that aint nothin. He also provides the excellent defenders ward for errants. Kreoss1 is another caster that gives good support for shooty menoth.

As far as your listed pruchases I'd give the cleansers amiss. They're also really expensive $$$ wise, get a second vanq and a redeemer with the money you'll save. Then get the casters I mentioned and you'll have a variety of cool shooting lists to complement Kreoss2 beater of faces.

We're watching you... scum.
