Be aware of buying any FW items from an eBay user by the name of 'dwarves_of_mid-nor'.

I recently bought the Boarding shield upgrade set from them. Generic FW photo for item. Listed as unpainted and unassembled.

Comparing this to a genuine FW item, well, it's very apparent. Warped (more than FW), thin, brittle, wrong colour, misshapen.

Look at the photo for confirmation.

Now it could be taken that I jumped the gun on this guy, and that he may have unknowingly be selling a single item, but he's listed a lot of FW and Finecast stuff, all generic photos, no 'live' pictures of the actual item. He has a very low feedback score (as in brand new).

I should have seen this BEFORE buying, but it wasn't a massive amount of money, and I've reported the item to eBay.

What country is he from? How much cheaper were they than direct from FW?

He's UK based. Items are around 60% of retail value.
