Wondering how to deal with the current weaknesses of this list.

Daemon Cohort of Tzeentch:

Lord of Change w/ Grand Invocation = 430
Herald of Tzeentch = 110
10 Pink Horrors = 180
10 Pink Horrors = 180
10 Pink Horrors = 180
3 Flamers w/ Pyrocaster = 170

Blue Scribes w/ Grand Invocation = 250

From what we have here. There're 2 reliable summoners in the Lord of Change and Blue Scribes. Lord of Change for a very reliable 160 pt. summoning, presumably a unit of Flamers per turn. Blue Scribes for near automatic 200 pt. summoning on a 2+ for a group of maybe 20 Bloodletters or so. 12 Spells per turn is also useful.

What this thing seems to lack is teeth though. Against things with a good armor save, a lot of what they can do can be tanked unless they're using Arcane Bolt for Mortal Wounds. It also lacks things to keep fast things out.

The beauty of that many casters is can summon anything your lacking or feel that would counter your opponent in daemons for the most part with that list assuming you have some other models to bring to the board

Well the first issue is that you are over the 50% limit on heroes, LoC+HoZ+Scribes=790 out of the 750 maximum. In terms of making the list stronger there is not much to do, as the Cohort of Tzeentch battalion is going to be /faceeoll against anything that doesn't pull a similarly powerful gimmick. I assume this is a very competitive tournament. You can tank using stacked mystic shield on whatever is in front, and deal with high armor saves using infernal gateway and arcane bolt spam. Fast things aren't going to be tough enough to survive a round of shooting and magic. The first thing you want to summon is going to be a line of plaguebearers surrounding your casty's, they tank very well.

Road to Renown! It's like classic Path to Glory, but repaired, remastered, expanded! https://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/778170.page

I chose an avatar I feel best represents the quality of my post history.

I try to view Warhammer as more of a toolbox with examples than fully complete games.

Also, are you certain that the tournament allows batallions? If it's "strict ppc" you gain no extra benefits from batallion special rules.
Just so you're not in for a bad surprise once you get there

Still, even without batallion rules, it's a tough army for sure. Maybe remove Grand Invocation on the LoC to get below 50% heroes (and if you do keep the Blue Scribes protected at all cost).

Also, any idea what type of scenarios you will play?

Want to play a balanced Age of Sigmar?

The Age of Sigmar Project Points Cost!

Points cost for ALL armies, including unit upgrades and special abilities!

Ah, correct about that. No extra bonuses for batallions and the like.

Here's the new list.

1 Lord of Change w/ Grand Invocation = 430

10 Pink Horrors w/ Icon = 200
10 Pink Horrors = 180
3 Flamers = 160
3 Flamers w/ Pyrocaster = 170

The Blue Scribes = 150
Daemon Prince w/ Fly, Axe = 160

Reasoning for keeping the Blue Scribes without Grand Invocation would be for the chance to learn Grand Invocation from the Lord of Change itself. 50/50 chance.

I lose out on 10 Pink Horrors and a Herald, but I boost up the Flamer Units and get a Daemon Prince as a distraction beatstick.

Scenarios seem to be the usual ones from PPC comp.
