Going through some list ideas, I'm curious on getting some feedback about this one, in a semi-competitive setting.

All those seem to be good choices, and in a friendly setting it should be fine. I'd just say that you're entirely lacking in anti-air.

However, in even a semi-competitive setting with Knights and Wraithknights and other giant robot toys running around I'm not sure the exorcists and melts immolation will cut it!

I don't think I actually have any access to skyfire, given they haven't been revamped at all. Without taking guardsmen as allies @.@

Coteaz is a nifty upgrade (It's priceless to see the enemie's face when you tell them to re-roll their succesfull attempt). If you're desperate for air support, dump your current henchmen, get a bog standard grup of acolytes and give them a valkyrie with lascannon. It is the best choice for air support? Hell no, but it could be of use if you don't want to sell your soul to FW.

I dislike decking out a Canoness with any gear. What are you planning to do with her? Drive her in an Immy so she can hop out and Inferno pistol something? And then give up an easy slay the warlord? Get into assault with some tactical marines and likely lose? You're almost paying the points for Celestine, though I have no problem taking a naked Canoness and hiding her somewhere.

Do you have 4 heavy supports?

I'd try to get either a second meltagun or a heavy flamer in the BSSs. And likely a MM on all the Immys so they're more of a threat. And at least barely passable Anti-air if you need it.

I'd put the Laud Hailers on the Dominion Immolators. It is more likely the Dominions will be taking advantage of the Laud Hailers first, and their act of faith is typically much more useful than the battle sister's.

I like my Retributers, but they just don't wow me anymore. 4 Heavy Bolters that might rend twice a game? It's hard to argue against a third Exorcist, though maybe take the Rets if you have a Bastion to stuff them in.

Your Inquisition henchmen squad is alright.

If I could muster the points do you think it worthwhile swapping the cannoness for celestine?

And ech, yeah I do. I could drop the ret unit in place of a regular sister unit to get another immolator and replace the penitent for an exorcist?

I'm not sure what you'd do with another Immolator, have the Canoness ride alone? I'd put multimeltas on all the Immolators you already have, for sure. If you're going to take a Canoness don't force her into close combat/pistol range. Even with the Cloak she'll be dead within a turn or two unless you hold her back, and at that point you'd have wasted the points on her. Personally I prefer at least one squad of troops to run Flamer/Heavy Flamer to deal with infantry, but at the very least you should have two special weapons or a special and a heavy in each squad of troops. That's a real strength of our codex. I think your list has a lot of melta but you lack anything to deal with larger groups of infantry, which lots of bolters or flamers would do. Seraphim could help there, bringing a total of four hand flamers in any size squad plus all the bolt pistols. That might not be an issue for your area though, depends on other players bring.

Maybe drop the rets, change the penitent engine (though I personally love them, one alone is an easy target) to another exorcist, swap your Immolators to have multimeltas, and put the laud hailers on the dominion squads instead. Then use your spare points to swap out some gear on the Canoness, and add another Meltagun to each of your troop squads, or go Flamer/HF. Not sure where to put the extra points here, maybe into your allied detachment but I have no experience with the Inquisition book.

Alternately, leave the two exorcists, drop the other heavy choices, make the immolator and troop changes then swap the Canoness for Celestine and use the rest of your points to add a squad of seraphim as an escort for her. This is what I'd go with, personally.
