Loyal Necron Lychguard

Hey, so I've just now noticed that there are 5 formations that seem to be Mephrit Dynasty or something, where do I find the rules for these? Are they still available? Are they any good or worth Fielding?
The formations are; Conclave of the Burning One, Anrakyr's Strategic Decurion, Mephrit Dynasty Resurgence Decurion, Zarathusa's Royal Decurion, and The Guardians of Perdita.
They seem pretty good for fun games but I'm not sure about competitive games. Or if I can field them legally at all.

They're part of the shield of baal campaign books, namely the exterminatus one. Unfortunately, from what I can see the paper copies are no longer for sale so you have to buy the ebook version from black library or get it through less scrupulous means.

They're with the other Missions & Campaigns books.

Weird, when I looked at that section in the Canadian site all I saw were ebook versions. Glad to see that's not the case.
The Conclave of the Burning One is definitely good when combined with the God Shackle relic, but the vagueness of what a C'tan Shard is (since now there's C'tan Shards of the Nightbringer/Deciever and then the Transcendant C'tan) means that it probably only works if you take the Deceiver or Nightbringer.
However, the other formations, unless you happen to have all the models, are too inflexible given their limited bonuses compared to the Decurion.

You have to go in under the 'Warhammer 40,000' tab at the top of the page. If you go in under the 'Books & Digital' tab at the top of the page all that shows up is digital editions

I see, good point made, will buy for the relics and what not.
If you give the Edge of Eternity to an Overlord with the Solar Thermasite he gets S8 AP2 attacks
that have precision shots on a 2+ and Armourbane. Is that too OP?

Not at all, it gives Necrons a nice fighty HQ but at the slight cost of survivability, be sure to either put him on a Catacomb Command Barge or in a unit of Lychguard. Since Necron Overlords (unfortunately) no longer have access to a native 2+ armour save the solar thermasite isn't quite as crazy as it used to be and being out of a Decurion means you only have a 5+ RP. so the improved offense comes at a bit of a defensive tradeoff. You can always still take a resurrection orb for ermergencies if you have the points, though its more efficient if you put him in a large unit to make the most of re-rolling failed RP rolls.

Well if need be I could bring Szeras along to give him a 4+ reanimation, and 5-10 Lychguard with there 3++....
I sense a Deathstar forming...
