Okay, I am playing a wierd campaign when you can get double teamed.

I have only 1175pts and I have to fight a DA army at like 1150 and another guy at 1150.

They disallowed me from using super heavies below 1500. They also disallowed ally detachment. So I cant bring my 18 Spawns from RH. I can bring spawns but...they will cost 30ppm.

I have 1 Heldrake, 12 Terminators/obliterators, 20 cultists, 20 marines, 10 plasma guns on a chain to loop over their heads, 3x5Havocs with 4 ac, Worthless Abaddon, 2 Rhinos...

What do I do to fight off 2300 with just 1175? And do it with CSM?

Playing as CSM is alreadg like fighting with both hands tied behind my back. Now I gotta fight 2 guys with both hands tied behind my back and beinv ball gagged. f this s I need to find a new club.

Can Eldar even fight off 2300 with just 1175?

Sounds like this one is purposefully stacked for you to lose. Honestly, this doesn't sound like a fun campaign. Have you been winning too many games or something, to justify this obscene handicap?

We just started and this is turn 2. Turn 1 was a free move. 3 players converged on my territory. I dont even know these jackovs.

Can you tell me why they aren't letting you take superheavies or allies then? That just seems ridiculous. This campaign sounds like total crap honestly. If you dont' get to have a comparable size force, then each player should have to have a game with you separately to determine the results, rather than all at once. Or I'd just say I'm out and go join a less bunk campaign

Its their rules. No SUper Heavies or GMC or Lords Of War below 1500. So I am at 1175. So no Chaos Knight for me but honestly i been using the knight and it keeps gettjng 1hit ko by d weapons from WK, ork shok attak or what ever that kannon is, wraith guards, A 500pt fortification with a d cannon, where ever there is d weapons...

I should get the preparation h ready...

Hi, does anyone know if Unending Host require infantry platoon squads?

If not then I would waste points on veterans since they are 10pts and can take carapace armor.

But ideally and optimum-ly I would take 15 infantry platoons with 3 special guns each.

Just found out veterans can only take up to 10 men max not 15. Also only 1 in 5 guys can take a special gun.

For unending host you need four troops choices two of which must be platoons.

You can make some nasty RandH lists at 1175 that could give them a run for their money using either book. CSM would have very little chance with those lame restrictions

I really wish I can buy cultists or what ever for like $1.

I have 20 cultists and 20 marines without pauldrons&space back packs. I still need like 80 more bodies even if I can cheapo comvert them into heretics by using green tattered cloth rubber band on them like hooded ponchos.

I have like 10 or so plasma guns on chains. I have 15 flamers ready to be converted into melras but that will take time. I just dont have enough time and money to scramble all this together to make a good Unending Host.

I would take helldrake and obliterators spam

then when they set up the table argue that you should get more terrain, and make as much of it as possible around you, so that drop pods can't drop in on your obliterators.
Then just sit back and shoot them in the open while you hopefully have 4++ cover saves/more range.

Unfortunately they get to pick mission and we still have to take turns placing terrain, and objectives.

Which other game like mantic can i buy infantry soldiers to count as my cultists?

I want them cheap like $0.50 per model.

They just gotta be the right size, and have a gun.

Not sure they still make them, but look up "Wargames Factory Greatcoat Shock Troops ". It's about as cheap as you can get. I think it was 20 bucks for 36 guys.
