The mold lines on this thing are just insane, and as it's a model that I will play with I wasn't too worried about it.

Thanks! And yea, that's kinda what I'm doing as well. I don't really want to buy anything till I know what's gonna be good and what's a waste of money / I'll buy it to paint it later.

Saw a post on the official forums about Tamiya sanding sponges being ideal for the nightmare mold lines of PP minis. Hoping they are on to something.

That would be awesome if it works. I did a gun carriage for a painting competition and I spent about 6 hours just prepping the thing before painting.

This one I really didn't care as it's going to be a model that will see the table top, but man.... some of those mold lines (like on the fists) are just horrible to try and get rid of.

I think the ones on the shoulder joints are supposed to me launchers.

My only complaint, that you have put the grenades on backwards, they should be facing the front.
