I'm a new cygnar player, and I looked at privateer press' 2015 collasals release and I wanted to go to their site to look at the hurricane, where did it go? There isn't proof of it anywhere. People seemed to have talked about it but it isn't there on google images.

The Hurricane got stats in a book and some pictures have been shown off, but it hasn't actually been released yet.

It's coming out in a dual StormWall/Hurricane plastic (HIPS) kit. Due to the edition change and perfecting working in a new material, it appears these dual boxes have been delayed a bit.
