Have you ever had a moment when you did something because you just wanted to and felt the need to scream "I HAVE NO REGRET!" while doing it? I just had one today as I bought two copies of Imperial Knight Renegade on an impulse.

Still no regret (there was an anniversary sale at my local FLGS and this felt like the perfect opportunity to snag some deals and support them).

Does this sound about right?

Space Hulk: bought it kept the models sold everything else
Overkill: bought for the models, not bothered about the game
Renegade: I needed two more knights

Do I regret any of it? No.

Does my wallet? With the exception of renegade, yes.

GW have upped their game and I like it for the most part.

Just hoping no codex updates for a while.

Backed Dropfleet Commander at the Commodore level plus some add-ons.

It was a hit to the wallet at the time. Shortly thereafter, I joined a DzC gaming group and discovered that, by comparison to others, my investment was minuscule. It was also a relief to know that I would have opponents and a FLGS that carried the game. That made me feel a lot better.

No Regrets

Spend $XXX on GW space ships.

No, not Batttle Fleet Gothic, the game that's been dead for more than 10 years, no, no, no.

Got ships for Space Fleet! The game that's been still born for more than 20 years!

No regrets, love those little ships.

How about in game antics? There's a bit of an unwritten rule in my group that if "it's what the fans wanna see," you pretty much have to do it, no matter how tactically unsound the idea is.

Obviously we tend not to take things too seriously.

Bought into 40k over 26ish years (had over 40,000pts in marines, eldar, GK and guard)
Sold or gave away a lot of it after this time.

Regrets: none. Kept the models I really liked. Still have them. Even the necron monolith I only bought because I wanted to have the crystal have a pulsing "glow" (electronics, not fancy painting).

The wargaming hobby hasn't caused me any regrets. I got into various games because I actually liked the models at the time, and in most cases, kept them afterwards.

I didn't buy EVERYTHING for every game or even everything for A given faction within a game. No buyer remorse, no regrets. If it was going to cause me buyer remorse or regrets, then I wouldn't have bought into them anyway (I don't tend to do impulse buys).

In a game? Opponent asked if I wanted to forfeit when I only had a single GK model on the board vs. half a tac squad and 2 dreads. I called him a heretic and then blew my last guy up from perils 10 seconds later.

Found someone selling a 'Gaming Room' Through the Breach Kickstarter pledge on ebay. Won it for $519au. During the kickstarter it would have been $300au without shipping.

No regrets. The miniatures alone in it, going by recent ebay listings for the limited edition models, are worth more than that.

Come on GW if a russian sculptor can make models that beautiful then you or FW should have np doing the exact same thing.

I've bought boxes of GW miniatures just for a single part they had, that I needed.
I've a huge backlog on painting miniatures and yet I buy new stuff.
I've bought kits that I liked the first time for a second and thirt time only for them to end up in my bits box.
I've a huge 1/48 AC 130 gunship model I got over 8 years ago, which I converted and painted and is still awaiting finishing touches.
I've got a Baneblade converted to look like a Command & Conquer apocalypse/mammoth tank that's about 90% done and sitting in a box waiting to be finished.
I've a couple of squads of SM scouts and Imperial guard that are about 90% finished. For several years.
I've started building models only to top halfway. They are still on my shelves to this day.
I've have watched Friendship is magic and thought it was OK.
I've have watched Filthy Frank and laughed.
I've bought Command and Conquer 4 on full price as an impulse buy.
I've have got Hudson Hawk on DVD and I find it a good movie. The same goes for Highlander 2 the quickening.
I've tossed 2 quarters off a skyscraper while on vacation in the US when no one was looking.
I like the AoS Sigmarines models.
I think finecast was not that bad of an experiment in mass production resin and that people are overreacting a little to much just because it's GW.
I like the hobby purely for building and converting.
I only played two games of 40k in my entire life.
I think the Deathstar could win in a fight with Unicron simply because it has range.
I think Iron Man was right.
I bought Superman 4 on DVD and decided to keep it.
I think Hitman Absolution is the best Hitman game.
I think the first Hitman movie was OK.
I will buy more GW miniatures in the future regardless of what people think of thier prices.
I have better English spelling in my typing than most English speakers on the internet.
I've have mixed Pepsi with Coca Cola because I think they taste the same.
I play Dark Souls 3 with mouse and keyboard.

I REGRET NOTHING!

Except for buying C&C 4. That game sucked.

A hemophobic Khorne berzerker, a germophobic plague marine and a sexy Skaven walk in to a Games workshop.....
