Max the command squad with six models. Break up other units: Black Knights and bikes in units of 3 or 4. Even if they retreat, they can act normally the next turn; I usually turbo boost the one or two remaining models onto a backfield objective they just got closer to. You want to force opponent to spread firepower while allowing your own to spread.
Grav is most valuable weapon on Relentless bikes. If you want melta because your meta has a lot of Imperial Knights or fortifications, then use individual Attack Bikes.
Any list of 100% Ravenwing should have a Darkshroud. They don't just provide Stealth - the immunity to overwatch is often even more valuable. You could even make a Ravenwing Support Squad formation with those land speeders. Their typhoons are best weapon for that formation.
10th Company Support is not a real formation with dataslate. It can only be chosen within a Lion's Blade detachment, so you'll need another
HQ to make an Allied or Combined Arms Detachment. A bike Librarian is a fine choice for this. But do not count on the scouts to survive the one or two turns until the Ravenwing arrive. Instead give them bolters or close combat weapons and leverage their Objective Secured in the first few turns. Many missions put progressive objectives in the center.

TEQ's?
plasma nails
TEQ's and hammers finish them off. Terminators are a -very- good matchup for Ravenwing don't worry about them.
Grav is for wraithknights, riptides, stormsurges, and other monsters. Great against heavy tanks too but those are rare.
