What list would you make out of the dark vengeance chaos marines if you could add 4 of anything (exept titans) to it and a squad with a chaos lord counts as one or a squad with a transpor counts as one.
mine would have the dark vengeanse stuff a´nd
1.Renegade knight with two avenger gatlings
2.terminator squad with a terminator lord and a rhino
3.terminator squad with a terminator lord and a rhino
4.helbrute

You'll need at least one more troop choice for a CAD then it's really up to what your army needs.

If I were to build an optimized Chaos Space Marine army I would only use the cultists from the DV set and build the rest from the ground up.

Also Terminators can't ride in rhinos. They can ride in Land Raiders but those are extremely expensive (in money and points).

Oh i am kind of new to chaos marines and space marines so i dont know the rules complately i would replase the termies with normal marine squads with chaos lords
