Here's my Brettonian 2.5k army list:

Damsel of the Lady "Athelisa Belsant" 100 Leader
Amber Battle Mage "Corban Mils" 100 Leader
Knight-Vexillor "Hoel Virrus" 200 Leader
Knights of the Realm II "Gabryell Laive" x24 660 Battleline
Pegasus Knights "Artois Stella" x3 200
Paladin Protectors "Covean Drom" x10 440
Desolators "Mirith Tor" x4 480

The premise is a KoTR deathstar, with most heros/spells buffing them in the first rounds. Interspersed with Desolators for support charges.

I have play tested Leouncouer a few times, but he doesn't seem to have enough punch to lead the army, and I'd rather leave monster killing to paladins. Also the Bret lord allows charge re-rolls.

The protectors I can lightning strike in to deal with any shooting, or scary monster/characters early as well.

Maybe not fluffy for your all knights list, I only assume?

It's one of the best, if not the best artillery pieces in the game.
