Cool list, it's got some serious fire power.

The Demolisher is an ordinance weapon, so all the other guns on it have to take snap shots which means you cant shoot the plasma cannons at all, but if you drop the extra guns on that tank you should have enough to upgrade your tank commander to Pask, which can make up for some of what your taking away from the demolisher, cause you will get rending on the punisher.

As above in regards to the demolisher. Also swapping your wingman on the commander with the demolisher as both it and the punisher are 24" range. Allows them to roll up in support, and preferred enemy on a demolisher allows it to kill most things it looks at.

Spare points could be used for master of fleet, but I only really find him useful for guarantee of my stuff coming in. You ideally need two to make the enemy really suffer. Most people with lots of reserves have ways of boosting their chances as well. He can still be annoying to an enemy though.
