The thing is missing it's main weapons, came with a few dinks and about 3 big bubbles that eat into corners in really bad ways. I love the model but this is fairly bad. =T

I sent an email with all the relevant info in due to the damaged parts/missing parts. What should I expect?

Probably a replacement model. Forge World and GW by extension never fails in their quality.

That'd be nice. I could find a way to give this one a heavy burst cannon or something, but I'm still left feeling slightly miffed at this. A free model though would turn my frown into a smile.

First time it happened to me I got miffed too. Then they sent me a whole new model (it was a settra that I had missing a piece) along with some Imperial Dogtags for my army case.

I was the happiest loaf ever.

FW cust service is amazingly great. Expect to be happy with a speedy shipment coming your way.

They will want pictures, product codes and batch numbers from the packaging as well as your order number. But yes - they will just replace 99 out of 100 times

All of the above. One area I will never fault GW is if your product has a defect they will replace it at no cost to you.

I also had an amusing moment when they accidentally sent me the wrong item due to a mixup. They never asked for the item back or even further proof beyond a picture and immediately dispatched another one for me. The other dude though lucked out; he bought a 5 dollar Chaos Hatch Sprue and got a whole box of warhounds of chaos out of the blue.
