So this is the list that I just used at a tournament that did surprisingly well. I ended up losing 1 game by a single point and tabling or forcing my opponent to retire in the next 2.

HQ:
Zhadsnark (Warlord)
Warboss on Bike with PK and DLS
Painboy on Bike

TROOPS:
9 x Boyz w/Nob PK, Trukk w/Ram
9 x Boyz w/Nob PK, Trukk w/Ram
18 x Boyz w/Nob PK
18 x Boyz w/Nob PK

FAST ATTACK:
6 x Warbikers w/Nob PK
6 x Warbikers w/Nob PK

HEAVY SUPPORT:
Battle Wagon w/Ram and 3 Rokkitz
Battle Wagon w/Ram and 3 Rokkitz

Game 1: I deployed a bit back from the deployment line (A couple of inches at most) and left my Warboss forward attached with Zhadsnark and the painboy to a Warbikers unit. Unfortunately for me we didn't roll night fighting and my opponent was able to spam a lot of fire at this unit where the Warboss only had a 3+ rerollable cover save, in the end he almost wiped it out. The other bikers faired better and my boyz were left unscathed, on my turn everything blitzed forward and got into whatever cover was available. At the end of the game his Army held 1 more objective then me, I blame this on how well he was able to neuter my Biker star on turn 1.

Game 2: Same deployment same movement, except this time I didn't face an army with lots of ignores cover or spam S5+ weapons. My opponent conceded turn 3 after I had killed his warlord and controlled 2/3rds the map and had yet to lose a single unit.

Game 3: we finally rolled night fighting, My Warboss had a 2+ rerollable cover save for the 1st turn and he ABUSED IT! my opponent fired almost his entire army at my biker star and managed to inflict a single wound on my warboss who was saved by his painboy. In doing this my opponent also made a HUGE tactical blunder, he had advanced his entire Ad Mech/Skitarii Army forward to get into better firing positions. On my turn he was only about 18 inches away. Bikers went forward 12 to get within 6 inch charge range, my Trukkz and Battlewagonz went forward 6, disembarked their payloads 6 inches and ALL of my units were able to successfully charge his army on the 1st turn. Turn 2 He was down to two units and I hadn't lost more then 2-3 models. He surrendered.

I came into this tournament hoping to find a different way to use Zhadsnark, or at the very least not abuse the Biker Spam Tank busta Spam lists. This list brought back fond memories of 4th and 5th edition BOYZ BEFORE TOYZ!
