Long periods of silence during KS fulfilment, they don't reply to messages sent, verrrry dodgy shipping fees.

I am a member of Maki Games. I agree with you that communication has been a major area of improvement and we are working on it. At the time we were inexperienced and not aware of the importance of a steady communication with our backers. At the time we thought we should give an update when we had some news to share about the project and not on a regular basis. Clearly a rookie mistake but that was several years ago. Since then we fulfilled several Indiegogo campaigns and we have improved slowly but steadily our communication.

However I am surprised by your comment on shipping fees. Why do you think the shipping fees were dodgy?
We managed to ship packages at a very low rate considering their weight. Some packages were over 30kg! We did so well in that area that we helped several other companies to fulfill their Kickstarters in Europe and US.

Anyway we have always accepted constructive criticism, so you are welcome to let us know what looks wrong in the shipping fees.

What's the next stretch goal? Wonder how hard it would be to make train track inserts for those sewer tiles?

2 of those starter sets are $105? Not bad at all from what I can see.

They haven't added the sewers as SG's, so don't count them out yet. I'll update this thread with the latest SG's us backers hear of.

$105 ain't bad! The MUP game tiles look versatile enough for a variety of genres. Hope you can see this Batman miniatures game one!

Almost at the 75K SG to unlock two 4x4 sewer tiles for each set!

The $50 sewer expansion includes insert tiles so you have the option of adding your own texture to the tiles.

The expansion has about as many pieces as a starter set without SG's.

Thinking you could use those inserts to build train tracks on and have the best of both worlds

Now that's creative!

fyi - 6' x 4' = 3456sq" so the 3 set choice would do a whole table, more or less. $150 is about £115. That sounds like a great deal!

a 6x4 is 24 square feet, which is 3456 square inches, as you said. The 3 set choice is not even close to a table
