Based from 1d4chan's Space Marine Creator Table, I was rolling up a Chapter to see what I would get for fun until I got this (to me at least) strange combination of warfare traits as follows;
Spoiler:
Eye to Eye - The Chapter hates any method of warfare other than running up to the enemy and punching them.

Combat doctrine?
Stealth

Special equipment?
Modified Jump-Pack: Primarily seen in Chapter’s that favor the Assault Combat Doctrine, Battle-Brother’s from this Chapter modify their
Jump-Packs (with a Tech-Marine’s help of course) to provide a more glorious sight to their allies and a more terrifying one to their
enemies. Examples: Jump-Pack’s created in different shapes such as angel wings.

The only plausible idea I can come up with was basically the Raven Guard's style of warfare, which isn't bad. It's just that I would like to have a more unique style then theirs so that I don't have a not-Raven Guard Chapter if at all possible.

And for those who would like the whole list that I rolled up, here it is if you want/need it to.
Spoiler:
Why Was The Chapter Founded?
Strategic Prognostication - "Our tarot cards say there's going to be a threat here, maybe. Found a Chapter!"

When Was The Chapter Founded?
34th Millennium

Who was the Chapter's Progenitor?
Dark Angels

Gene-seed purity?
Pure - Same as progenitor in terms of purity, and will maintain close links with it

Chapter Demeanour?
Purity Above All - Mutants? *BLAM* No.

If they have one, what mutation do they have?
Lost zygote

If one exists, what is the Chapter's Flaw?
Eye to Eye - The Chapter hates any method of warfare other than running up to the enemy and punching them.

Figure of Legend?
A Master of Sanctity Battle-Brother seconded from a previous generation Successor or even the First Founding Legion that provided the new Chapter’s gene-seed who was the hero that was first to face some newly discovered alien race, and ultimately responsible for its total destruction. Centuries later, only the Chapter remembers the name of the race, so utterly was it and its works cast down.

Chapter homeworld?
Medieval Desert World

Rule of homeworld?
Distant rule - "You see that castle up there? It's inhabited by the mighty sky-warriors of Emp-rar. Sometimes they come and steal our children."

Chapter organisation?
Divergent chapter

Combat doctrine?
Stealth

Special equipment?
Modified Jump-Pack: Primarily seen in Chapter’s that favor the Assault Combat Doctrine, Battle-Brother’s from this Chapter modify their Jump-Packs (with a Tech-Marine’s help of course) to provide a more glorious sight to their allies and a more terrifying one to their enemies. Examples: Jump-Pack’s created in different shapes such as angel wings.

What form do the Chapters' beliefs take?
The Emperor Above All - "Screw your spiritual liege. The big E is where it's at."

At what strength is the Chapter?
Under Strength: The Chapter is recovering from a defeat or accident that occurred several decades ago, or has recently suffered heavy, but not irrecoverable losses. It is probably at a minimum of half strength, and should return to nominal strength within a decade.

Who are your Chapter friendly with?
Adepta Sororitas

Who are the Chapter's enemies?
Chaos Space Marines

I don't know what you're expecting to get for an answer when the chapter generator just told you "congratulations, you're playing Raven Guard". If you don't want Raven Guard you'll need to change something about your chapter description.

There is no such thing as a hobby without politics. "Leave politics at the door" is itself a political statement, an endorsement of the status quo and an attempt to silence dissenting voices.

I can see plenty of oppertunity for a chapter differant from ravenguard.

Let's take a look at the jump packs modification, rather then the generic winged jump packs we see so many marine chapters use, how about a chapter that modifers their jump packs so they can be toggled to make a terriably loud noise upon descent (think the sirens on the stuka dive bomber from WW2) the idea is that you don't see the chapter coming until at the last minute when you hear a terriab le noise just before the assault squad hits you. sort of a "terror tactic"

Opinions are not facts please don't confuse the two
