I'm taking on Fist of Medusa Iron Hands marines. I haven't played my Necrons in ages (like 2 years) and i wanted to build a list that could readily counter Imperial Knights, Army wide feel no pain, lots of grav weaponry and other stuff Iron Hands player like to run with.

I want help building a very strong Necron list that's able to compete with Iron Hands tournament lists.
Disclaimer: I do not own any models from the Canoptek Harvest, also no Monoliths so please avoid those in suggestions.

Doomsday Arks, Doom Scythes and Ghost Arks all suck. They look good on paper, but are horribly underwhelming on the table. The best way to counter mass Knights is mass Wraiths. Lose the Barges. Your opponent will just target the Barges in assault and then watch them explode. Run Orikan with 2x Overlord with Warscythes attached to Sword/Board Lychguard. That will put the hurt on Knights.

The hyper competitive way to run Necrons is Wraiths, Destoyer Cults and Judicator Battalions. If you do run Decurion, keep the Reclamation Legion as bare bones as possible.

maxed out wraiths with whips and an attached dlord with a warscythe will wreck IK. Run a CAD get 18 wraiths (3rd unit of wraiths...because...wraiths) and 2 dlords and watch the IK player cry...

The Destroyer cult is also great against marines in the open...

He said do not mention the Canoptek Harvest as he has none of the models so, what I would do is remove the Resurrection orb from the Barge Overlord as it is useless and remove the 2 Doomsday Arks. This will free up 265 points. Add 3 Annihilation barges with all Tesla for 260 leaving 5 points spare. the reason for the barges is although they gained 25 points since there last edition and lost arching they are still a very reliable shooting platform that is survivable I have lost count the amount of times I have rolled 4 6's (yes its possible). and decimated units after units it is still one of the most hated units in Necrons for its "Cheese". Eventually i'll buy wraiths and maybe go hyper competitive, but for now gotta make due with what I own.

In the past I have had great experiences using 2 or 3 Doom Sycthes in the Deathbringer Flight vs Iron Hands. Usually I'm against a spammy Grav Tacticals in Rhinos+Grav Cents and an all grav command squad on bikes. And the Doom Scythes are great at killing any infantry on the ground, once their transports are popped.
