Hi guys! I'm new to 40K, and by new I mean I just bought some starting miniatures and a Deathwatch Codex last weekend. I've been looking over the rules of Deathwatch units and I have a few questions about how I can form my army. Right now, I'm thinking about using a Watch Captain as my Command unit, a Dominatus Kill Team as my core unit, and a Venerable Dreadnought as an Auxiliary unit. This is just an initial thought and I will add more units based off of the answers to these questions.

1. Can Kill Teams be deployed via different vehicles?
What I mean by this is can I send out 5 Veterans in a Razorback, 3 Vanguard Veterans in another Razorback, and Deep Strike 2 Terminators to a Locator Beacon on a Drop Pod where a Venerable Dreadnought was deployed, and still have the 10 units be part of a Dominatus Kill Team?

2. Can Terminators be deployed in a Corvus Blackstar?
If they can, do they take up more than 1 space?

3. How much space do Vanguard Veterans take up?
I know they can be deployed via standard ground transports, Blackstars, and Drop Pods, but do they take up more than 1 space?

I've looked for answers to these questions, but I have yet to find answers. Sorry if they are out there and I couldn't find them! I hope to continue with this hobby.
Thanks!

1. No. They must all be deployed as the same unit otherwise they wouldn't be one unit. Also, you can't put Vanguard Veterans in a Razorback in the first place.
2. Yes, Terminators can be deployed in a Corvus Blackstar. They can be in a Drop Pod as well. Only the Rhino and Razorback can't carry them and that is because those vehicles have a specific limitation saying they can't.
3. Vanguard Veterans are Jump Infantry, which means they have the Bulky rule, so they take two slots up. They cannot be deployed in any of the ground transports or in Drop Pods as they are Jump Infantry not Infantry. A Transport must specifically state it can carry Jump Infantry in order for it to do something only the Corvus Blackstar states this.

Thanks so much for your help! I just have one more (most likely a lie) quick question. Can a unit who isn't part of a Kill Team share a transport with said Kill Team, for example, a Watch Captain in a Corvus Blackstar with a Dominatus Kill Team?
