Stoic Grail Knight

Yendor

So I've been getting back into the hobby more and more over the last month or so. It feels pretty good. I've been trying to get a list I'm happy with for my Brets, and I had a few questions I wanted to knock around with some better AoS players than myself.

King Louen- General
The Green Knight
Bretonian Lord- Obstinant Blade, Pegasus
Damsel- Horse
Damsel- Horse

16 Knights of the Realm
16 Men at Arms
16 Men at Arms

5 Grail Knights
3 Pegasus Knights

Louie's abilities primarily effecting Nobility made me want to take a hefty supply of them in my list. I have a decent collection to draw models from, so I'm not too concerned, I was looking at the Trebuchet for softening up enemies or throwing dice at characters, and I've got enough Archers. I'm not married to the Bretonian Lord either. 16 Knights of the Realm seems ideal to take advantage of the Massed Cavalry rule, and the men at arms are just there to get in my opponents way and fill out battle line, its especially cute that if they aren't dealt with they can dispel enemy wizards.

Where I start to become less confident is the Green Knight and Bretonnian Lord. I put him in because I have the model, he seems pretty durable with a good rend proof save, and he can potentially come back to life. Since the list is already wasting Bretonnia's shooting capabilities, I figured I might as well have Ninja Knight. My only concern with him, is that there isn't a lot of certainty when he'll show up the first time... and I miss out any any shooting in my list.

I've got 32 Peasant Archers, a few Paladins, and a Trebuchet waiting in the wings if I need some shooting support, but I'm not sure how to fit in that shooty while keeping this whole Noble Charge thing going.
