I've been learning lots about SM chapters. And I found that the Crimson Fists actually like the Inquisition. Are there any other chapters (aside from the chamber militants of the Inquisition) that actually like the Inquisition as well?

I believe the ones that don't like them are the Space Wolves and... Dark Angels? Or was it the Black Templars?

Also note that "the inquisition" is most of the time just a faction of the inquisition.

The Red Scorpions. They're basasses with Forgeworld special characters who are said to be fanatically anti-Xenos, and very strict codex adherence

Deathwatch, Grey Knights (technically inquisition anyway).

Black Dragons absolutely despise the inquisition, as far as I'm concerned. Alwaysgot the Ordo Malleus on their backsides,

On moon miranda.

As noted, most chapters arent belligerent towards the Inquisition.

The Grey Knights, Red Scorpions, and Red Hunters are noted in particular as being heavily enmeshed with the INQ.

IRON WITHIN, IRON WITHOUT.

New Heavy Gear Log! Also...Grey Knights!
The correct pronunciation is Imperial Guard and Stormtroopers, "Astra Militarum" and "Tempestus Scions" are something you'll find at Hogwarts.

The Minotaurs are in with the High Lords of Terra, so undoubtedly friendly to some factions within the Inquisition, but the link between HLoT and Minotaurs will undoubtedly have other factions within the Inquisition rather alarmed.

Imperial politics are complicated, especially when it involves the Inquisition, as the Inquisition is not a real institution but rather a collective of individuals each of which has his/her own agenda, rules, standards, allies and enemies.
A Chapter can thus be simultaneously a great friend and a mortal enemy to the Inquisition, depending on its relations with individual Inquisitors.

In general there are only a few Chapters that are unfriendly towards the Inquisition as a whole (meaning they dislike all Inquisitors just for being Inquisitors). The only example that comes to mind is the Dark Angels. Inquisitors who cross their path have the tendency to ''disappear" or die mysteriously in the line of duty because the Dark Angels are the most obviously loyal and totally non-heretical servants of the Emperor but are so modest they want no one to know of this.

I would hope the BA don't like them. Because they try to be intellectual or something. Maybe not, who knows.

Ultramarines? They got a planet set aside for them in Ultramar just so the Inquisition could work and they love submitting guys to Deathwatch especially if Tyranids are involved. Plus if the Inquisition show up, both the common folk and the chapter just shrug and say they got nothing to hide.

Hell, I'm not that bothered by the Stormraven. Why? Because, as it stands right now, it's "limited use".When it's shoehorned in to the Codex: Space Marines, then yeah. I'll be irked.

This. Honestly, as the Minotaurs are the attack arm of the High Lords of Terra, I would think they would be antagonistic toward the Inquisition unless the Inquisition's objectives align with what the High Lords of Terra want.
