Currently I have only a group of boyz and a trukk but these are the lists I plan on using. Any and all feedback is appreciated as I want to be competitive despite being ork.

You say that you want to be competitive. What sorts of armies do you need to be competitive against/expect to play against? Also, can you use FW?

I'm not sure about the mek (are you planning to put him with the KMKs?) and the big choppa on the bike nob in the 2nd list, but they aren't crippling or anything. Also in the 2nd list the trukk boyz squads are going to be somewhat less effective, so you could swap one of them for 10-19x grots (for objective holding) and use the points on more tankbustas, KMKs, and/or lobbas.

Otherwise these lists seem fairly solid, at least vs non-tier 1 armies.

Why not swap your warboss for a Big Mek on a bike with a KFF? That invul save really helps in making sure your Trukks don't get blown up in your deployment, forcing your boyz to foot slog.

I can use Forgeworld and generally will be playing against Marines.

Though the mech might be a good idea.

If you can use FW, then that FW biker boss HQ is pretty good (thinking for the 1000 pt list) as he lets you use warbikes as troops. That way you have relatively tough relatively maneuverable ObSec bikes to handle infantry, freeing up space for less mobile units like mek guns.

Did he get errata'd? I though you just couldn't use big gunz and could use Mek guns.

Mek Gunz used to be called Big Gunz ..So he needs to at least ask his TO that question..as each TO has their own answer

This guy looks amazing. I think I'll put him alongside 20 Boyz in a wagon.
