Trying out this list... and at first glance, it seems like it won't do much, but check it out.

The idea behind this is for ITC format. The termies, librarians, tiggy and the two priests deep strike together (in ITC, independent characters from other detachments can benefit from rites of teleportation if they join a gk squad). This makes a super killy deepstrike turn 1 deathstar.
Then, draigo can either join that squad, or can join with a massive platoon giving them fearless, teleporting them around, and providing hammerhand for str 5 guardsmen (60+ str 5 attacks on the charge).
Tiggy, depending on the opponent, is preferred is to fish on electromancy for electrodisplacement. This allows the swapping of unit's locations. What is cool about this, it can allow multiple turn 1 charges. Depending on the opponent, he can also just go super defensive for his powers.
With the priests and the libby conclave in this deathstar unit, i will have a unit that can get into combat turn 1, will have re-roll to hit, save & wound (with decent priest rolls). Then make them teleport around the table.
Meanwhile, draigo is teleporting around 20-30 guardsmen.
Where the cool synergy comes in is with the dreadknights and electromancy! The DK can teleport to the exact location on the board you want... then you can swap the DK and the termie squad deathstar and charge.
If I don't get turn 1 and fear a powerful alpha, i can reserve most of my force for turn 1 and deepstrike most of my forces while my guardsmen hold the aegis and the com relay, allowing for 3+ rerolls turn 1 deep strike.
