Ad Mech had a set of 10 models available under the long-discontinued Skullz promotional program.

Why? Only the bolter armed Arbites were missed. Arbites had all of four models in 2nd edition.

To be honest, the Ordo Hereticus Strike Force was Citadel Journal, so it was presented as a trial list.

If you want to go far enough back, you need to add Slann to WHFB as well. Back when you could buy units of Slann. Amazons in WHFB too. I remember when you could buy Amazon Temple Guard with Bolters or Needlers. Wasn't there also a Cathay list back in the day? I do remember being able to buy Vimto Monks, but were they Nippon or Cathay? How about the Norse? Wasn't thre a list for them?

Dang, I'm getting old! There once was a day I'd've remembered all that stuff for sure!

With the pirate lists and Rogue Trader Expeditions added to the above 40k list, that's everything I can remember from 40k. Oh! Chaos Squats! There are/were figures. Were there ever actual rules for them?

IIRC, they were exceedingly god-specific. You actually rolled to see what type of Khorne daemon (for instance) was the possessor. I believe anything from a Bloodletter to Bloodthirster was possible, and the Patriarch's stat line varied accordingly.

The thing that really (painfully) hits you when looking at the old GCult list(s) is the LatD similarity. Chaos Hounds were in there, as were Mutants, Daemons and other stuff.

1. Kroot Mercenaries / WH Arco-Flagellants / WH Repentia.
2. IG Demolitions Charge - remove the model after using the weapon
3. IG Rough Riders w/ LP&CCW
4. IG Rough Riders w/ Lasguns
5. WH Penitent Engines
