You have very little in the way of magic defense. At 3000 points people can bring two Lv.4s and a bunch of Lv.2s, and Dark Elves have extremely mobile characters between Pegasi and Steeds. I can see how having a mass of blocks on the board can be lots of fun, especially when they're all angry. There are so many frenzied units that baiting them doesn't work too terribly well, unless the Dark Elf player tosses in a few harpies across the line to bait them out, watches your people all charge at the same time then enjoys a double Hydra flank-fest on each end. Mmm...

I know in 3k point games I usually have 2 lvl 4s and a couple lvl 2s running about myself. Another Sorceror of Tzeentch with a Puppet would make for a great magic defense if you can get pandemonium off to lock down his casters. You seem to be lacking heavy hitters as well. You have two units of Knights and a Shaggoth. While good, you have spent way too much on command options for those Knights, you could get an entire third unit of Knights for the same price.

I think your Sorcerers have nice setups, but probably too many goodies.
