Willing to change pretty much everything!

Edit: Troops are combined as such:
Azrael will be in the squad of 50 Guardsman to confer Fearless and 4+ invulnerable saves.
Primaris Pysker in the same squad to give 5+ Deny The Witch and Biomancy spells.

I imagine the combined squad will take the center with Company and Platoon Commands behind in range to yell out orders.
Veterans and Tactical Squad will get rear objectives and go to ground/try survive long enough to capture objectives.
Vendettas and Manticores do what they do best.

I've played 4 games with this list now against Blood Angels, Grey Knights, Space Wolves and Necron Air and havn't yet come anywhere close to losing.
