Just putting this out there... This is amazing! The idea is not necessarily impossible, the Carnifex is not a synapse creature itself, so deprived of the hive mind anything is possible, and damn orks are even more damned insane. |

Well in theory,a dead carnifex chould still me moved by using electric shocks to create musle spasems that move the limbs.
I think I saw a looted carnifex that was a hollowed out exoskelleton on tank treads. |

Aside from the Carnifex, I used some of the metal arms from the old Ork Deff Dread. The plastic arms from the new one and the Kans would work just as well or better. The mechanical leg comes from the IG Sentinel. The houda is built out of plasticard and the front of a Battlewagon. The lights on the back are from the Terminator box. The iron jaw is from an Ork Warbike. The pilot is from the Burna Boyz/Lootas box. |

this is pure awsomeness.
everyoen seems to be forgetting that once a tyranid leaves synapse range it becomes a wild animal and could be tamed in the same way as a squiggoth or squig. alternatively he could use surgery to bypase the synapes part of its brain and then just strap a radio controll ariel to its brain... but at the end of the day, this probably works in the sam way as "red ones go faster" nobody knows and chances are nobody ever will |
